That experience gives her a practical understanding of how important clear instructions, consistency, and attention to detail are when animals are involved.In her role, Kandis focuses on keeping information organized, answering client questions, and helping reduce confusion around travel requirements and timing.A lifelong animal lover, Kandis has more than 20 years of pet-sitting experience and has cared for pets with a wide variety of needs, including those requiring specialized medical care. She forms fast connections with the animals she meets, making each farewell a little bittersweet; but she wouldn't have it any other way.When she's not lending a hand at Pawsitive Pet Transport, Mary works at a local pet resort, where her compassion and patience have earned her a special reputation. She's the person staff turn to for the dogs others struggle with, because time and time again, the "problem dogs" seem to trust her almost immediately.Her passion for helping others extends beyond the shelter. Mary is currently attending college to become an ultrasound technician while continuing to build on more than five years of hands-on experience caring for animals with medications, medical needs, and specialized treatment plans. Her knowledge and gentle approach make her an incredible resource for both pets and their owners.Whether she's earning the trust of a frightened shelter dog or helping a beloved family pet prepare for its journey, Mary brings kindness, patience, and understanding to every interaction. Whether she's offering extra snuggles to friends pets or making new furry friends in the wild, she reminds us that kindness is one of the most important parts of life's journey.Long ago, Theia dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. As she learned more about the profession, she realized her heart wasn't built for saying goodbye to animals. Today, her dream has grown into becoming a Park Ranger, where she hopes to protect not only wildlife but the ecosystems they call home.Theia is happiest outdoors and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She'll happily pick up bugs, admire snakes, and explore places many people avoid. Zelda is also our unofficial Inclement Weather Specialist. While most pets seek shelter during winter storms, Zelda enthusiastically shoves her face into snowbanks and keeps moving as if she has a GPS installed in her nose. Her fearless approach to snowy conditions perfectly represents Pawsitive Pet's dedication to helping pets reach their destination safely, no matter what Mother Nature has planned.

Bowie is devoted exclusively to Theia and has appointed himself the official critic of all things. When not conducting solo toy experiments, he can be found outside silently judging passersby before loudly announcing his findings at random doors.
